 PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE
 BELLUM SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION COVERED. BY USING THE BELLUM 
 SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE 
 TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS 
 LICENSE, DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE THE BELLUM SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION.

1. License.

   The Software and/or documentation (collectively, the "Software Product") 
   accompanying this License, whether online, or any other media, are licensed,
   not sold, to you by Bellum Software.  Bellum retains the title, ownership 
   and intellectual property rights in and to the Software Product and all 
   subsequent copies regardless of the form or media.

   Any commercial use of the Software Product other than evaluation for 
   suitability, requires that software license(s) be purchased. 

2. Permitted Uses and Restrictions.

   You may not distribute copies of the Software Product to outside parties
   in any manner, including, but not limited to, distribution through web site 
   postings or links to the Bellum web site.  You may install and use the 
   Software Product on internal computers or networks solely for your personal 
   or company use.

   You may make copies of the Software Product for backup and archival 
   purposes.  Except as expressly permitted by applicable law and in this 
   License, you may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, rent,
   lease, loan, sublicense, distribute or create derivative works based upon 
   the Software Product in whole or in part. 

   Some portions of the Software Product (for example, demonstrations or sample
   code) may be expressly labeled with a public license (GNU or Mozilla Public
   License).  In such cases the public license is applicable only to the
   specified portion, and this License will apply to all other portions.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty.

   YOU ACCEPT ALL RISKS WHICH MAY ARISE FROM THE DOWNLOADING OF THE SOFTWARE, 
   INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ERRORS IN TRANSMISSION OR CORRUPTION OF 
   EXISTING DATA OR SOFTWARE.

   COVERED CODE IS PROVIDED UNDER THIS LICENSE ON AN "AS IS'' BASIS, WITHOUT 
   WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT 
   LIMITATION, WARRANTIES THAT THE COVERED CODE IS FREE OF DEFECTS, 
   MERCHANTABLE, FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGING. THE ENTIRE 
   RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE COVERED CODE IS WITH YOU. 

   SHOULD ANY COVERED CODE PROVE DEFECTIVE IN ANY RESPECT, YOU (NOT THE INITIAL
   DEVELOPER OR ANY OTHER CONTRIBUTOR) ASSUME THE COST OF ANY NECESSARY 
   SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION. THIS DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY CONSTITUTES AN 
   ESSENTIAL PART OF THIS LICENSE. NO USE OF ANY COVERED CODE IS AUTHORIZED 
   HEREUNDER EXCEPT UNDER THIS DISCLAIMER.

4. Limitation of Liability.

   UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, OR 
   OTHERWISE, SHALL BELLUM BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY 
   INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER 
   INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, 
   WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER 
   COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, EVEN IF BELLUM SHALL HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF 
   THE POSSIBIlITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
